1987 Medical Missionary Trip To Haiti

The conditions in much of the country at that time were deplorable and medical conditions were just heart wrenching. Dr. Thurston and the medical team did all that they could to bring Christ's love in a meaningful way through love and medicine. It was a life changing event for patients, relatives and of course the medical team as well. We live in a world of both science and wonder, but it's God's love working through His children that turns it into something beautiful. Much of the worst footage showing diseased body parts has been removed, but do watch to the end and join in on an awesome worship service. They sing a song about God's fire that doesn't burn.

Sidenote: This footage went through a horrible house fire some years later and survived intact. Everything else was burnt up. Miracle? I think so.
