Some immediate potentially helpful tips:

• Melatonin up to 12 mg tablets.  Take as directed on the bottle.  It's reported to be possibly effective against this virus. 
• Also L-Lysine is also possibly effective. 
• Please vet these and all other possible natural treatments yourself and with your family physician.
